This was supposed to be an international product launch for an app that lets you send and receive money internationally – simply, securely, instantly, and with no fees. Think of it as international Venmo, but unlike Venmo, this had a social purpose. Its audience was people from lower-income countries, who lived and worked abroad and sent necessary funds back home to their relatives or loved ones.
Our idea was simple.
When you make money move, it doesn’t just move one. It moves all.
I spent over a year working on this, shot and edited around the world with Alaska and Ryan Heffington for over five months… During Covid. Just as we finished – the project was killed for political reasons.
Anyway – enjoy this forbidden donut.
